Dr. Robert Offenberg currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Program for Educational Leaders at St. Joseph’s University. Dr. Offenberg led research groups for the School District of Philadelphia for 35 years, most recently as its Senior Policy Researcher. In addition he has served as an independent consultant, taught experimental design and statistics, and served as a member of dissertation committees. His expertise is in applied, quantitative studies. He is especially interested in investigations using the computer-managed records maintained by most school districts.
